Tiffany D. Flowers M.A, L.M.H.C. I.A.D.C.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and an International Drug and Alcohol Counselor, I am passionate about aiding individuals in areas that have been causing persistent anxiety, frustration, or depression. I can help break the cycles of pain and continuous roadblocks that are hindering you from achieving life satisfaction.
I collaboratively help process difficult emotions, patterns, as well as create a holistic plan to achieve the relief and direction you have been desiring. I specialize in life transitions, anxiety, depression, addictions, and stress in a practical matter. I utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt therapy, Expressive Arts, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that therapy is a team effort that I have the privilege to be apart of.
I look forward to collaborating with you for your best life today.
